Maximum hygienic precautions must be observed during this preparation. The water used must be boiled. The entire packaging must be washed out with boiling water, provided the material is resistant to it.
The cream is poured into the jar while warm, but the lid must not be placed immediately. The jar should be covered with a clean, unused towel to cool down completely. Only then can the lid be placed on the jar. When using a spatula, it must be cleaned with denatured alcohol each time.
