Tare a beaker and a stirring rod (T g). Weigh 20 g of propylene glycol and dissolve the prednisolone in it. Then add the coal tar saponin and 15 g of Tween 80. Mix everything with the stirring rod until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Place the beaker with the stirring rod on the balance and gradually add water, while stirring well, until a total weight of T + 100 g is reached.
